Interior Painting & Staining

Each interior painting process is different, but all projects include taping and caulking baseboard to assure old paint or residue is gone and the new paint looks as sharp as a factory finish.

Our Process

We begin each interior project by prepping the area, we protect the home by masking and covering all surfaces. Cleaning after each stage in the process assures we leave no footprint.

Trim refinishing is done prior to painting and then taped off and protected while painting is completed.

Drywall repairs are the first step followed by matching the old texture or in some cases re-texturing the entire wall or room if necessary.

Primer or PVA is applied to fresh drywall, this assures the surface is sealed and ready for a coat of paint.

A primer coat is necessary when the current color is dark and the new color is light, or when there is stain already present.

Ceilings are always painted first, whether they are white or the same color as the room, we start at the top and work our way down and to the right.
